Morning Star Adoption Center’s purpose is to provide services and information to potential adoptive families and birth parents or guardians who are choosing adoption in order to place children into loving homes. Morning Star Adoption Center is committed to making the adoption process a positive experience for our clients. Our goal is to ensure that you are well informed, thus well prepared, for each step in the adoption process. We are a unique organization in that we offer the flexibility of providing programs best tailored to meet your needs.
As you enter the adoption arena, you begin one of the most rewarding and emotionally challenging experiences of your life. Morning Star Adoption Center is here to assist you in achieving your goal of a successful adoption. For birth parents, adoption is an extremely difficult choice, but a parent can be rewarded in knowing that they were able to provide their child with a positive future. The adoptive parents are rewarded by the joy of a child in their family that they may not have otherwise known. The child benefits from having so many people that love him or her and are providing good care.

Morning Star Adoption Center provides home study evaluations and consulting services to adoptive applicants pursuing domestic, interstate, direct placement, and international adoptions.
Morning Star Adoption Center welcomes all clients regardless of gender, marital status, race, age, religion, or sexual preference.

Morning Star Adoption Center offers quarterly meetings for prospective clients to come meet the staff, have questions answered, and hear personal adoption experiences from our clients. We will also provide additional adoption information and explain more about our programs. There is no charge for the meeting, yet space may be limited so a reservation is recommended. It is a casual format and we encourage everyone beginning to explore adoption to attend.

Let us help you explore the different types of adoption: domestic,
interstate, direct placement, and international.
The meetings are held at the Mahany/Meininger Senior/Community Center. Simply
call to reserve your space (248) 483-5484. We hope you can join us.
Morning Star Adoption Center also offers personal one-on-one meetings with a
member of our staff to assist you with answering those beginning questions as
you start the adoption path. This meeting will allow potential clients to learn
more about Morning Star Adoption Center as well as the adoption process. It may
be helpful to assist you with which direction you prefer to take toward a
successful adoption. Appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Directions to Morning Star Adoption Center
I-696 to Greenfield Road; north on Greenfield Road to Twelve Mile Road; west on Twelve Mile Road. We are the first office building west of Greenfield on the south side of the street. Parking is located behind and on the east side of the building.
