We’re Grant and Gray, hopeful adoptive parents. We are thrilled to be pursuing adoption to grow our family and we are grateful to you for considering us as parents for your child.
We met seven years ago in New York City and have been together ever since. In 2022 we moved “home” (for Grant, a new adventure for Gray after growing up in California), where we’re deepening our roots near Grant’s nuclear family and our “village” of supportive friends in the hopes of growing our family someday soon.
We’re both family-oriented and love making time for our nieces and nephew, some of whom live only a few blocks away. A child growing up in our home would be surrounded by loving family, friends, and cousins to play and learn with.
Gray is passionate about his interests – mostly reading fantasy novels, baking, watching action movies, and spending time in the garden. He’s incredibly cool under pressure and level-headed. He’ll make an amazing dad who can’t wait to explore whatever his child is into as they grow and develop.
Grant is loving, open, and relationship-oriented. He’ll spend time doing anything as long as it’s with the people he loves. He loves to cook, do yoga, make pottery, spend time outside (ideally in the water), and make memories with our community of loved ones by hosting or arranging get-togethers. He can’t wait to nurture a child and share the warmth and love of home with them.
We both work remotely from our home (Grant works in market research for a publishing company; Gray works in HR for a tech start-up) in quaint and tree-lined Franklin, where we have the flexibility to make plenty of time for a future child, and surround them with enriching activities and access to education of all types.
Our home is open, loving, and accepting. There is room for everyone who wants to love and support our (future) child and family, which we hope might include you, as well.
