Marc and Jennifer – ADOPTED

Hi! We’re Marc and Jennifer! We appreciate you taking time out of your life to consider letting your child be part of ours. We’ve been together since High School, 21 years, and have been married for 14 of those years. Our miracle baby, Carter, was born in 2012 and we’ve been trying to make him the best big brother he can be ever since. We live in the same small community that we grew up in and have a house, and yard, full of fur babies! We have two 100lb lap dogs, two very charismatic cats, and a sizable flock of chickens, ducks, and turkeys! Yes, Turkeys!

We’ve been foster parents for several years, and it has been a truly rewarding experience to help children with stability, love, and care in their time of need. Loving and caring for children that were not ours helped us decide to explore expanding our family through adoption and we couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with you.

Marc is a Crash Test Engineer, that loves working with his hands tinkering and building things, as well as coaching Carter’s baseball team. Jennifer is a Preschool Teacher, that loves crafting, baking, and summers at the beach or by the pool. Carter loves to play baseball, building Legos, and anything Super Mario. When we aren’t working or at a baseball game, we love watching movies, having pizza night with friends, hanging out at the pool, or a ride through the trails of Northern Michigan. As a whole, we love spending time with our close friends and family and look forward to sharing those memories with our adopted child.
